11am: Get acquainted

Juice & Smoothie Bar Open

11:45am: Tai Chi with Emiko Maddison

Focus on balance, fluidity of motions, and concentration.

Class approximately 30 minutes

Break

12:30pm: Yoga & Meditation with Elizabeth A Cinney

Simple, easy to do postures for the Equestrian Athlete. Focus will be on areas in body that experience tension from riding horses. Class ends with breathing meditation that will greatly assist any "competition jitters."

2pm: Healing Circle

Various forms of bodywork available. Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Cranial Sacral Massage are a few specialties that will be present.

Massage therapist are licensed and insured. Please see Bio's below.

2pm: Merkaba Rides

Swing in a giant Merkaba suspended by a pyramid. Listen to the sounds around or close your eyes for a relaxing moment surrounded in Sacred Geometry.

4:30pm: Closing Ceremony

Additional Information
1. Event will take place at Malibu Mountain Gallery.
2800 Kanan Road; Agoura Hills, Ca 91301.
This is an outdoor working gallery to local sculptures and chainsaw artists.
A detailed set of directions will be emailed with purchase of tickets or RSVP via Facebook page.
2. In the event of rain the reschedule date is Sunday, March 15, 2015.
3. Classes, bodywork, healthy snacks, and water is included in the admission fee.
4. The Juice & Lunch Bar will have tasty, healthy options available via donation. Fresh organic juice & smoothie concoctions will be available from 11am-4:30pm. The Lunch Bar will be open from 1:30pm-4:30pm. Please see full menu below.
5. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a sweater.
6. Entry includes two raffle tickets. Each raffle ticket is worth 15 minutes of hands on time with your therapist of choice. Use the tickets between different therapists or all on one. Additional Bodywork raffle tickets are available for $20 a piece/ 15 minutes hands on time. Tipping is encouraged.
7. Pay Pall, Credit Cards, or Cash will be accepted for entry admission, additional bodywork raffle tickets, Juice & Food Bar Donations, and Retail.
